Up for debate: Is broccoli the best part of Chinese food takeout? My childhood says "yes." Okay fine, my brother always stole the chicken that came with my General Tso's, so I ate the broccoli out of necessity.
But there is something wonderful about General Tso sauce smothering that green baby tree...so good.
