We all had a bread phase within the last, oh, two years, right? Probably no particular reason why I'm sure!!! I guess we just all collectively decided at once to be inside and make aaaangry little breads with our aaaaangry little starters! Sourdough is definitely THAT bread, has always BEEN that bread, and will always BE that bread.
